Research on Multi-objective Model of Resource Scheduling Based on General Aviation Emergency Rescue
Abstract
In order to solve the scheduling problem of aviation emergency rescue resources scientifically and reasonably, improve the rescue efficiency. The characteristics of general aviation emergency rescue process and resource scheduling under emergencies are analyzed, and a multi-objective model with multiple resource points and multiple demand points is constructed. The timeliness, irreplaceability and hysteresis of emergency rescue resource scheduling under the incident, the objective function that satisfies the fairness, the highest utility, and the shortest scheduling time are set in a single cycle. Finally, the model and algorithm are validated and analyzed by combining emergency rescue examples in Southwest China. The results proved the validity of the model and algorithm.
