Analysis of Heat Consumption in Large and Medium Biogas Projects
Abstract
Large and medium-sized biogas projects gradually occupied an important position in the biogas industry in China. However, biogas project thermal system has not been properly improved, most biogas projects have extremely low winter gas production even stop production in winter. In this paper, the analysis of the thermal behavior of large and medium-sized biogas projects has been done, the heat consumption of medium temperature fermentation biogas project is dynamically calculated in three cities of Harbin, Dalian and Jinan, based on the hourly weather parameters. Results show that the feed consumption of heat accounts for more than 90% of the heat consumption of biogas project, resulting in a huge waste of energy.
