Trajectory Analysis and Control System of Magnetic Suspension Driving Knitting Needles

Abstract


Based on the principle of magnetic suspension driven knitting needles, a magnetic suspension driven knitting model is established. This model is compared with the traditional knitting machine, the motion control scheme of the magnetic suspension driven knitting needle is established, the axial motion of the knitting needles in the knitting needle weaving is analyzed, the movement trajectory of the knitting needle in a single period is obtained, and a control system is designed to realize the trajectory of the knitting needle. The results show that the control system can realize the trajectory of knitting needle well.
