Research on the Tool-holder and Tool System of High Speed Machining

Abstract

Based on the analysis of traditional BT tool-holder, HSK, KM, BIG- PLUS tool-holder and tools such as system are introduced in detail. The structure characteristics of different high speed tool-holder, the loading process and the application situation are analyzed and compared. The paper points out the main problems and countermeasures in the system of high speed machining, and provides theoretical guidance and reference for enterprises to choose high-speed tool system.
