Abstract

The era of big data, the training of big data professionals has become a fashion topic. This paper introduces the development status of big data majors at home and abroad, discusses the opportunities of opening big data majors, and puts forward the strategies for setting up big data majors in colleges and universities. It also points out that the opening of big data majors should be timely and appropriate, not only considering the capabilities of universities themselves. Conditions should also consider external needs.
