Vertical Tank Bottom Increment Measurement System Based on Wireless Sensor Network
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the large vertical tank bottom increment is difficult to accurately measure, a bottom incremental field measurement system based on wireless sensor network was developed. The high-precision pressure sensor is used to measure the height difference of the measuring points inside the tank, and the bottom increment value and the three-dimensional figure at the corresponding temperature are output. The system realized the wireless networking of the on-site measurement nodes, which is quick to install and requires no wiring. The experimental results show that the method meets the requirements of field application and has good use value.
