New Media is a new media environment. Under the support of modern technology, media form is changing and increasing constantly. Those changes includes digital newspapers, touch media, internet, television and so on. The appearance of those media has brought great transformation in all trades and professions as well as education industry. In the new media era, if the quality and efficiency of music teaching in colleges and universities are required to be improved, it is necessary to make use of new media technology. Knowledge can be spread and resources collected through various new media.
