Abstract


With the development of market economy, the demand of power enterprise customers is getting higher and higher. Achieving a win-win situation between the company and its customers is a new topic for power supply companies. This paper firstly analyzes the background of development and design of power customer relationship management system, and the theoretical basis of customer relationship management. Then it introduces the organizational structure and function analysis of power customer relationship management system, and finally gives some insightful conclusion.
