Design of Intelligent Test System of Navigation Equipment for a Type of Airplane

Abstract


This article mainly introduces the design and implementation of the intelligent testing system on the aircraft navigation equipment based on PXI bus, the intelligent test system is described in detail the hardware structure and software design. The detection system bases on embedded industrial computer as the core, uses the unit modular structure to encourage input and output measurement method of navigation equipment of each failure mode by test, so as to achieve the purpose of fault location. The system has simple operation, high test precision and open system, etc. By using the intelligent integrated testing system, the technology is advanced, performance is superior. To ensure flight safety, and improve the battle effectiveness, the system has very important significance.
