Research on Liquid QCM Sensor Design and Response Model
Abstract
We are using quartz crystal materials from the perspective of physics constitutive equation is deduced in detail combined with liquid Kanasawa drug response model of boundary conditions and Martin correction BVD equivalent circuit model; And application of the theory of transmission line theory and acoustic impedance load, the results may be useful as a QCM design - D model and response model and Martin mode, and then in-depth analysis under the conditions of liquid phase, frequency of drug the change of the influence factors, we put forward a new method for measuring the density of the unknown liquid viscosity. The main purpose of this chapter is to illustrate the viscous liquid medium contact conditions, a method based on the transmission line theory and the theory of acoustic impedance of the load, compared to the classical method is simple, accurate and effective.
