Identifying Risk Response Measures for PPP Projects in China
Abstract
Public–Private Partnership (PPP) projects have received increasing attention over the last decade. Although numerous studies have been conducted in this area, only a few focused on exploring an objective and reliable risk response model for PPP projects. In this study, practical risk response measures for 16 risk factors of PPP projects were compiled and documented through a comprehensive literature review. The findings can provide good references for both government departments and private companies to cope with potential risks during implementing PPP in China.
