Study for Coordinated Development of Ecological Environment and Economy in Jinan

Abstract

This paper takes Jinan as the study object, and conducts study and analysis for the relationship between the ecological environment and the economy from 2005 to 2014 in Jinan. Firstly, build the assessment system and relevant indicators that calculate the coordination degree; secondly, use the original indicator data of 2005-2014 to calculate the comprehensive development level of ecological environment and economy in each year, so as to calculate the coordination degree in each year; besides, make further analysis for the coordination degree of ecological environment and economy in Jinan in each year, and study the dynamic changing trend. According to the study: in recent ten years, the economy and environment in Jinan has a higher coordination degree, but the coordination degree is gradually lowered. Therefore, a series of solutions are proposed, including: adjust the production structure, vigorously develop the energy-saving and emission-reduction project, abandon and eliminate outdated capacity, and vigorously develop circular economy.
