Investigation and Research on the Needs of Liaoning Province to Build a Suitable Old and Liveable Community for Retirees

Abstract

Aging of the global population is a major issue in the present age. The rapid aging of the population is bound to pose great challenges to the country's economy, society and the environment. The issue of pension for the aging population needs to be solved urgently. The construction of an adequate and endowed community for rehabilitating old people living in peace can be an effective way to solve the problem of endowment of the aged. However, at present, there is a huge gap in pension for the livable community. It is the current major task to build a sustainable community based on the needs of the elderly.
