PEST Analysis and Development Strategy Study of Social Organizations Involved in Rural Left-behind Children Care Service
Abstract
In this paper, we use the literature methods and interview methods to collect information, analyze the background of social organizations participating in care services for left-behind children in rural areas by PEST method and explore the optimization strategies for social organizations to participate in care services for left-behind children in the current environment. It is optimized that the environment for social organizations which offering the rural left-behind children care service. However, there are still constraints in funding, talent acquisition and local qualification certification. It is suggested that cooperation should be established among organizations, professional resources should be shared and enterprises should establish cooperation to attract funds and other ways to promote social organizations to participate in rural children left behind care services.
