Evaluation and Empirical Analysis of Human Capital Competence

Abstract

The competitiveness of human capital is an important part of the overall strength of a country or region. Promoting the development and accumulation of human resources is becoming a necessary means to enhance competitiveness in all regions. From the perspective of efficiency, this paper uses data envelopment analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of human capital in Hebei province in China.
