An Analysis of the Talents Shortage in the Present Labor Market: A Case Study of China
Abstract
With the deep integration of science and technology and economy, the progress of science and technology has become an important factor for the sustainable economic growth in a country or a region. And the key force which promotes science and technology progress is talent. In recent years, there is a shortage of talents in the labor market in our country. In addition, there are lots of problems all the time, such as age stratification, gender inequality and differences in the industrial structure of employment. The shortage of talents has become one of the most urgent problems to be solved in our current labor market. This paper tries to find the current situation of the talent shortage, aims at proposing suggestions to expand the scope of preferential policies for talents flow, improves the consciousness of talent service, and continues to advocate the popularization of higher education and so on.
