Research on the Performance in Business Mode Innovation for Internet Enterprises

Abstract


This study made a deep analysis of the business model innovation of Internet enterprises, studied the phenomena and impact on the ethical and moral system, sought effective solutions and suggestions, paid attention to customer satisfaction and promoted the sustainable improvement of enterprise performance. Through the combination of literature research and user research, this paper established a theoretical model of the value creation process of Internet enterprises, examined the behavior of Internet enterprises from multiple dimensions, and tested the feasibility of the theory in both positive and negative directions. The results show that business model innovation, stakeholder relationship quality and corporate performance have mutual influence. Corporate ethics plays a moderating role between business model innovation and stakeholder relationship quality, and customer satisfaction has an impact on economic performance.
