Research on Fiscal Policies to Promote the Development of Higher Education

Abstract


The shortage of educational funds has become a major factor restricting the development of higher education in China. Coupled with the pressure of continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, higher education has posed severe challenges to the existing financial policies. Fiscal policies to promote the development of higher education include fiscal revenue policies and fiscal expenditure policies. This essay expounds how to promote the rapid and healthy development of higher education through fiscal policies.
