Abstract


This paper expounds the navigation conditions of ships in the narrow waterway under the condition of wind and wave, explains the influence of wind waves on the navigation of ships and puts forward the countermeasures of sailing under the conditions of wind and wave, and then guarantees the safe navigation of ships under the conditions of wind and waves
