Investigation and Research on Psychological Crisis of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

112 colleges and universities counselors were selected as the research subjects. The work stress source scale, coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale were used to analyze the psychological crisis source, crisis response mode and social support. The survey found that the counselors in higher vocational colleges are in a more serious psychological crisis (the order of psychological crisis from strong to weak is: job performance pressure, career development pressure, family and economic pressure, social pressure, health pressure), however, the response is relatively positive and the level of social support is good
