Study on the Development Evaluation of Circular Economy in Tianjin City Based on AHP Method

Abstract

The establishing of a scientific and operable index system is very basic and important to make evaluation. In order to have a reasonable evaluation on the circular economy development in Tianjin area, this paper has carried out some research work. Firstly, based on traditional AHP method, it built a complete index system which consists of 4 parts, that is resource production, resource consumption, comprehensive utilization of resources, waste, including 14 indexes. And this index system was different from the past. Secondly, according to this index system, through establishing comparison matrix and checking the consistency, it made an overall evaluation on the development of circular economy on the basis of collecting and analyzing a large number of relevant data in Tianjin area. Finally, it analyzed the evaluation result and put forward corresponding suggestions. These suggestions mainly included paying further attention to resource recycling and reuse, strengthening the environmental protection measures, and so on.
