Influence of School Performance on Job Hunting—An Empirical Study of Universities in Beijing
Abstract
Researchers from labor economics and pedagogy have been focusing on education returns for decades. This paper finds out that school performance does not have effect on job hunting even with the ability controlled. However, the school performance improves the expected income and satisfaction.
