Optimization of Process Parameters in Injection Molding of Mounting Panel of Automobile Air Conditioner Housing Based on Moldflow and Taguchi Orthogonal Experiment
Abstract
Injection molding simulation of mounting panel of automobile air conditioner housing was carried out with Moldflow software. Aiming at the warpage and sink mark existing in forming process, orthogonal experiment was designed by using Taguchi method to analyze the influence of main process parameters on warping deformation and sink mark depth, and the optimal combination of process parameters in injection molding was obtained.
