On the Art of Management of First-line Managers in Enterprises (Part One)
Abstract
This paper discusses the art of management of first-line managers in enterprises from the perspectives of positive motivation, staff training, and technical innovation management. The author's practical work experience shows that the methods mentioned in the paper are necessary, correct and effective.
