Further Discussion on the Innovative Quality of Grassroots Technology Innovation Backbones of Power Enterprises

Abstract

To respond to the call of the CPC Central Committee for “mass entrepreneurship and innovationâ€, implement the requirement of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) for advancing “global energy Internetâ€, and foster a large number of grassroots technology innovation backbones for power enterprises, this paper, based on the firsthand experience of technology innovation practitioners, managers and leaders, discusses the innovative quality of technology innovation leaders (TILs) and can be used as an important part of the training materials for grassroots technology innovation backbones of power enterprises.
