The Exploration and Analysis of the Inner Mechanism of Teacher’s Ethics in Traditional Society
Abstract
Traditional teacher’s ethics is valuable resources for contemporary teacher’s ethics construction and exploring its mechanism is of great significance for breaking through the education dilemma in contemporary social. The traditional teacher’s ethics complies with such inner mechanism that the family education has laid a moral foundation for the generation of teacher’s ethics; the formative education has made the children perceptually know the teacher’s ethics and internally has its generating pattern; the school systematically spreads the main moral idea, which is a formal step for the teacher’s ethics and is a rational cognition to it; after being a teacher the inner training of the personality will finally promote the generating of the teacher’s ethics.
