Analysis of Competitive Intelligence Cooperation’s Performance of Strategic Alliance Based on SCP Pattern

Abstract

The strategic alliance creates conditions for Competitive Intelligence (CI) cooperation. On the basis of traditional evaluation of CI cooperation performance, CI cooperation performance should analyze the influence of organizational structure adjustment and operation mechanism changes within the cooperation frame. Taking SCP analysis paradigm as the main line, this paper combed the theory of CI performance, analyzed evaluation characters of CI cooperation performance in depth, and constructed the analytical model with theoretic analysis of CI cooperation performance based on process efficiency, serving effect and economic interest.
