Teaching Reform and Case Design of Blended Teaching and Learning on Material Forming Principle

Abstract


Material forming principle is an important basic theory course of major in material forming and control engineering. Modern teaching modes, such as Blended Teaching and Learning, Flipped Classroom and MOOC, were analysized and the teching reform ideas were put forward according to the basic curriculum teaching characteristics and practical needs of the common universities of China. In combination with the contents of material forming principle, the teaching case design on Mohr Circle of Stress was carried out. It was shown the teaching quality and effect of curriculum difficulties can be improved in this course used Blended Teaching and Learning. It is of positive significance to teaching reform and practice on professional basic curriculum in commom university of China.
