Exploration and Application of Practice Teaching Evaluation System Based on Personal Academic Commitment in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract


This paper aims to explore effective ways to improve the rationality of practice teaching evaluation system in higher vocational colleges in China. Through extensive research, this paper analyzes problems in practice teaching evaluation of higher vocational colleges in China. On the basis of studying the evaluation management methods commonly used by enterprises [9-11], this paper creatively introduces Personal Academic Commitment (PAC) into practice teaching evaluation system in domestic higher vocational colleges. PAC evaluates student practice process and results through four structured steps as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. Applying this method to the course of “Integrated Practice of Network Servicesâ€, as shown in Table 2, students can be responsible to their own commitment. Teaching practice shows, PAC is conducive to cultivate students' professionalism such as honesty and trustworthiness, goal management, risk management, etc. under the historical background of “combining learning with working, and integrating of production, education and research†as shown in Table 3.
