Research on Japan’s Medical Device Supervision System

Abstract

Through research and analysis of the Japan’s medical device regulatory system, this article will be of some help toward a systemic cognition of Japan's medical device regulatory system by the personnel in the medical device industry. This article also puts forward specific measures and suggestions as to how China's medical device enterprises export medical apparatus and instruments quickly and efficiently to Japan and improve the medical apparatus and instruments trade between China and Japan thus reducing trade conflicts and frictions between China and Japan and unnecessary losses of the manpower and material resources resulting from lack of knowledge of Pharmaceutical Administration Law of Japan.
