Research on Hot Topics of College English Education in China

Abstract

In order to study the hot topics of the college English and lay the foundation for the next research, the article based on 2017 published journal in CNKI (Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure) on the English study in our university academic thesis co word clustering. After the preliminary analysis, the research focuses on seven aspects: the countermeasure analysis, the multimedia teaching, the network teaching, the cross culture teaching, the curriculum, the quality education and the teaching reform. Therefore, to promote the development of College English teaching, we must clear to expand the trend of hot field, reduce overheating research field, transfer the research direction to other neglected field in various fields so that we can promote the coordinated development.
