Abstract

The exploration of the training mode of applied talents in colleges and universities is an important goal of the development and transformation to private universities, and also an important measure to improve the core competitiveness of private universities. The use of Producing-Teaching-Learning and Cooperation to carry out the innovation of talent training mode is an important way to establish the talent training mode of private colleges and universities. Based on the "Producing-Teaching-Learning and Cooperation", this paper clarifies the train of talents, establishes the training objectives, and summarizes a set of applied talent training mode suitable for private colleges and universities.
