Research on E-government Website Satisfaction Evaluation Based on Public Experience

Abstract

The e-government website is an important platform for improving government management capabilities and providing services to the public. It is a position for communication between the government and the public. An important indicator for the construction of government portals is public satisfaction. By constructing the evaluation system of the e-government website and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the e-government website, in order to provide reference for the construction of the e-government website.
