Factors Influencing Laser Holography Experiment
Abstract
The holography experiment is an important content in the course of physical experiment of college. To improving the teaching effect, the effect of object illuminance, reference illuminance, exposure time, orientation of the object, and angle between the object light and the reference light on the holographic image quality was studied experimentally. The orthogonal experiments of three factors and four levels were proceeded. The results show that the object illuminance is the main factor affecting the image quality, and the optimal values of the object illuminance, the reference illuminance and the exposure time are found. The high-quality image is obtained when the object light irradiates to the film surface vertically due to the little differences in distance from different parts of the object surface to the film. Good diffraction image is observed at angle between the object light and the reference light of 45ï‚° attributed to moderate spacing of interferometric fringes.
