The Language Ability of International Chinese Teachers and Its Promotion Strategies

Abstract


The language related ability of international Chinese teachers is often regarded as a part of professional standards or teaching ability. The foreign Chinese teachers must have certain language knowledge, language expression and creativity, modern educational technology application cooperation spirit and scientific research ability. In the new historical environment, the language ability of international Chinese teachers is redefined, and its language ability with ordinary teachers is analyzed. This paper investigates the current situation of international Chinese teachers' language ability, and puts forward some targeted training and promotion strategies.
