Channels of FDI R&D Spillover in Chinese Producer Services

Abstract

Since China entered into the WTO, a large number of foreign direct investment of service industry in our country gradually increases year by year. Along with the changes of the international investment environment, foreign investment in China have fundamentally changed from manufacturing to service industry. Nowadays the service industry will become an significant pillar to promote the economic development of our country. This paper concentrates on the different channels of how FDI R&D spillover brings important impacts in China.
