Comparison and Enlightenment of Chinese and American College Teaching Evaluation
Abstract
Teaching evaluation is an important content to ensure the quality of teaching, and teaching evaluation in our country started late, there are still many deficiencies. The similarities and differences between the evaluation system, this paper mainly through the comparison between the two countries in the implementation and evaluation of College Teachers' teaching evaluation results, give us some enlightenment to optimize the teaching evaluation of College Teachers in China.
