Regional Energy Efficiency Systemic Evaluation under the Background of Supply-side Structural Reform: Based on the Perspective of Henan Province

Abstract

The essence of supply-side structural reform is to improve the combination and allocative efficiency of production factors such as natural resources, labor, capital and technology etc. To promote the efficiency of energy needs attention environmental constraints and the influence of innovative approach. This paper taking Henan province as an example, systemic evaluate energy efficiency of Henan province from the perspective of total factor productivity , environmental constraints, and innovative approach. The conclusion shows that energy consumption per unit GDP of Henan province decline is obvious, but energy efficiency is decreased obviously after considering environmental constraints.
