In the 2019 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Computing Science (ICAICS 2019), opened in Hangzhou (China) from March 24–25, invited speaker and scholars from around the world have given speech on their latest work achievements for the reference of all
participants.During the convention, we have presented researches contributed by passionate researchers on artificial intelligence (AI), smart system and algorithms, neural network and other related topics. The speeches were full of innovation and inspiration; they will make ICAICS 2019 one of the most successful and fruitful forums in the field. Our purpose with ICAICS 2019 is, by gathering scholars and scientists with similar interests from the world, to make it an international forum for presenting research results and finding professional support. The authors and speakers in ICAICS 2019 have been witnesses of our work. After ICAICS 2019, we were able to review all papers received with help from our reviewers, and among 170 research papers, 74 papers were recommended for publication. These papers mainly focused on topics including a) Smart System Design and Optimization, b) Neural Network and Algorithm, and c) Smart Control Technology. As researchers in the field, we believe you’ll find these achievements and results inspiring to your own work. In our preparation for ICAICS 2019, we have received help and support from many people/ institutes. I would like to express my gratitude to all these people; it is a great honor to me and to ICAICS 2019 to have the support and I expect to work with you again soon.

As a standard, DEStech will submit the technical science conference proceedings to be indexed in EI (Citation and Compendex). DEStech will submit the technical science conference proceedings to EI, Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters Web of Science) and CNKI Scholar for worldwide online citation within one month after the Proceedings is completed. Please note that DEStech does not submit Proceedings of Social Science to EI since they will not be accepted for EI Compendex. However, DEStech will submit proceedings of Social Science to Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Social Science & Humanities (CPCI-SSH). We also caution our editors that Proceedings containing plagiarized material and Proceedings advertised that they will definitely be accepted by EI will be rejected by EI.
