The 2nd International Conference on Informatics, Control and Automation (ICA 2019) which was held in Hangzhou, China from May 26–27, 2019, will again turn out to be an inspiring platform to provide a further boost to more and more accomplished scientists and scholars.Â
In the current information era, most aspects of life depend on and are driven by data, information, control and automation applications. The widespread use of information technology and automation has brought unprecedented convenience to our lives. But clearly, there are still many unresolved research issues with regard to big data services and how to expand the scopes of automation technology as both of them are young research fields. ICA 2019 will offer the chance for engineers professors and scholars to meet and discuss the problems that need to be solved.

DEStech will submit the technical science conference proceedings to EI, Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters Web of Science) and CNKI Scholar for worldwide online citation within one month after the Proceedings is completed. Please note that DEStech does not submit Proceedings of Social Science to EI since they will not be accepted for EI Compendex. However, DEStech will submit proceedings of Social Science to Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Social Science & Humanities (CPCI-SSH). We also caution our editors that Proceedings containing plagiarized material and Proceedings advertised that they will definitely be accepted by EI will be rejected by EI.
