The Fiscal Expenditure Efficiency of China's Rural New Energy

Abstract


Effective rural new energy fiscal expenditure is the key to the construction of new rural areas. The efficiency of new energy fiscal expenditure in China's rural areas as research object, this paper builds the index system and DEA evaluate model. In addition 31 provinces and autonomous regions of China in 2012 were selected as sample data to validate the fiscal expenditure efficiency of China's rural new energy. And then the paper develops a strategy for dealing with problem that would improve the fiscal expenditure efficiency of China's rural new energy.
