Abstract

This paper first describes the current domestic and foreign related carbon emissions accounting methods, to discuss the fundamental principle of the accounting methods , and the analysis of the characteristics of different kinds of accounting methods; Secondly to port ship the shore power technology at home and abroad research literature on greenhouse gas measurement and analysis; At last, according to the situation of our country's port, the Countermeasures of greenhouse gas emission reduction in our country are analyzed and related suggestions are put forward.
