Safety Risk Assessment of Power Construction Project Based on the Vulnerability
Abstract
The power grid construction project is a complex system which is composed of many kinds of structures and sub projects, and affected by many factors, and its safety vulnerability is quite obvious to cause the occurrence of accidents. In order to provide a decision making to prevent and control the safety risk, the vulnerability of the power grid construction project would have been identified by both the technical and management factors based, and proposes a mathematical measurement model and the calculation steps of the safety risk value. By the case analysis, it proves that the model is practical and can be as a theoretical basis for the power infrastructure to prevent and reduce the disaster.
