Preliminary Study on Risk Assessment Model for Drought Risk in Small Hydropower Stations
Abstract
In recent years, some areas of China have experienced severe drought once in 50 years, which has a great impact on local production, life and economic development. In view of this serious problem, this paper presents a drought risk consequence assessment model for small hydropower stations. By analyzing and summarizing the factors affecting the drought risk consequence of small hydropower stations, the weight of each factor is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the membership function of each factor is obtained. Thus, a small hydropower station is established by fuzzy treatment of the evaluation matrix. Risk assessment model of hydropower station. The study shows that the model has a strong practical significance for the risk consequence evaluation of small hydropower stations under drought conditions, and provides some technical support for the management of small hydropower stations in response to drought.
