Abstract

This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of China's automobile aftermarket service by means of literature reference method and big data of China's automobile industry, and discusses whether it can establish a steward-type terminal service mode to solve the current industry crux and future application prospect from the problems existing in China's automobile aftermarket service development
