Abstract

In this paper, we focus on an access synergetic selection approach in heterogeneous networks. This scheme studies the joint optimization of static attribute and dynamic attribute. Then it’s converted into a multi-objective optimization problem. We solve the problem by using the NSGA-II and gain a set of Pareto optimal solutions. Thereafter, a formula is devised to gain the optimal solution of the multi-objective optimization problem, which means the access synergetic selection approach is obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can guarantee the balance between load balancing and outage probability, and thus can fully achieve the joint optimization of static attribute and dynamic attribute.
