Sustainability and Uncertainty of the Development of SMEs

Abstract

In this paper, we have compared and analyzed performance of the listed company in 2015 and 2016 of some science and technology enterprises in the Growth Enterprise Board and SME board in Shanghai, and have summarized the main development problems of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Shanghai in recent years, and then we proposed relevant suggestions in four aspects: government funding support mechanism for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, corporate capital promotion method, and market space development as well as income tax preferential policies.
