Matching Analysis and Optimization Design of Energy-saving Intelligent Electro-hydraulic Hybrid Steering System
Abstract
Based on the modeling of 2DOF vehicle, energysaving intelligent EHHS system and controller, the influence of different parameters on the vehicle steering performance is studied and then the most important parameters are determined. To establish the stability criteria, the road feeling and steering sensitivity transfer function are derived. Next, the optimization model is put forward, and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the important parameters of EHHS system. The simulation results show that the optimization design improves the steering performance of the steering system while ensuring the stability of the system.
