An Exploration and Analysis of the Teaching Reform of Human Resource Management Major in University from the Ideological and Political Perspective of Curriculum

Abstract

At present, school running in Higher Education Institution are facing a complex international and domestic environment. College students are facing the challenges of the collision of various ideas and confrontation of diverse ideological trends and cultures. It requires all teachers not only to pay attention to the formation of students’ knowledge and ability, but also to lead their thinking and shape their values. How to do a good job of "ideological and political course" and be headed for "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses" is a matter of great concern to the current education and teaching departments, as well as relevant universities and teachers. Combining with the characteristics of human resources management major, this paper provides the way to promote “the ideological and political perspective of curriculumâ€.
