Electric power communication as a basic support professional of power system, to provide the grid with safe, reliable and real-time transmission and exchange of services, the establishment of a large-scale electric power special communication network. Electric power communication as an important network support, grid safe and reliable operation of the safety and reliability has been further improved. Optical fiber communication technology is applied widely, the article is the necessity of the electric power communication optical transmission network optimization and the problems existing in the optical transmission network are analyzed, and puts forward the optimization scheme of optical transmission network.
